I am a 24 year old Industrial Engineer, who will receive his master degree in Urban Affairs Management from the University of Tehran, Iran in less than a month, and will go for PhD in Management very soon. Since 2002, I have worked with an organization called iEARN (International Education And Resource Network) headquartered in USA but with centers and offices all around the world. iAERN uses the ICTs as a means to connect school students, teachers and alumni togetehr to run projects in difefrent subjects (specially MDGs, development, and humanitarian projects) online and internationally through online collaboration among participants who come from different countries.

In 2005, I was successfully selected to attend the 3rd World Youth Congress in Scotland. I was the only Iranian delegate and could raise a funding of 500 Pound during the congress to successfully run an MDG-related project in Iran.

In 2006, I was elected by the thousands of youth participants of iEARN, as the World Youth Representative of this NGO till 2008.
In 2007 & 2008, I successfully worked as a member of the Youth Streeing Committee to organize the 1st and 2nd CIVICUS Youth Assemblies last year and this year. I attended the both assemblies as wel.. And I am also very glad taht i have been one of teh only 2 Iranian delegates who has successfully been selected out of the 15000 applicationjs, to attend the 4th World Youth Congress in Quebec, Canada in August.
